The
Apartments are on a hill above the bay with the view of the small
island Košljun and the navy in Punat.
The apartments are removed 500m of the sea as well as the beach of
the place. The beach is pebble stone and is in the bay. The sea
water is very mildly with high temperatures and therefore the beach
is suited play can very for small children. All Apartments are
arranged completely with kitchen, bath, climate and have terraces.
The house consists of eight suits and each of them is
equipped with rooms that contain furniture made of full wood, also
with a spacious bathroom, a living room and a large terrace. Large
area around the house will ensure each guest its own parking space
as well as preparing delicious meals on the big open fireplace.
The two large suits can take 4+1 persons. They consist of two
bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a terrace.
The
smaller ones can take 2+1 persons and are equipped as the large
ones. Although smaller in size they are as comfortable as the larger
ones and just perfect for a couple or a group of three. Clean towels
and bed sheets that are changed every seven days or at your request
are also a part of our service. Near the house there is a small shop
with household items and a bakery where you can buy fresh bread and
pastry every day. There is also a post office, a café bar and a
restaurant with Mediterranean specialties and all within the
distance of 200 meters.
